Jessica Rose Welling is an American equestrian, entrepreneur, and philanthropist with a passion for horses, family, and charitable causes. Alongside her work in the equestrian world, she supports a range of philanthropic initiatives focused on children and community wellbeing. Known for her warm, down-to-earth approach, Jessica combines her love of sport, family, and giving back to make a meaningful impact both within and beyond her community.

Laura Wasserman is a Los Angeles–based philanthropist and nonprofit board member who believes that some of life’s greatest adventures should also make a difference. After a career in the film industry, she now dedicates her time to supporting organizations focused on education, children’s mental health, wildlife conservation, and equestrian sport. An avid equestrian, photographer, and passionate traveler, Laura is a lifelong believer in the power of community and enjoys bringing people together in support of meaningful causes. She is proud to be participating in her fifth Cash & Rocket rally and is honored to help raise awareness and vital funds for charities creating brighter futures for women, children, and families around the world.
