Elena arrived in the U.S. as an immigrant from Chile, by way of Central America and Europe, and became a citizen as a teenager. She went on to build her own litigation firm from the ground up, and for more than 26 years she has tried cases across the country, often as one of the few women leading the defense in the male-dominated worlds of corporate and environmental litigation. She is drawn to Cash & Rocket for the same reason she is drawn to a courtroom: the momentum that follows when driven women decide to move things forward.

Jessica Davenport is the Director of Operations for a U.S. real estate land development company, where she has spent more than 16 years helping shape communities from the ground up. Outside the office, she finds great joy in traveling, experiencing new cultures, and connecting with people from different walks of life. After losing her father in March, she has been reminded more than ever that time with loved ones is life's greatest gift.
