Appointed CEO in February 2025, Madelynn leads the Group’s strategic direction and operations across Asia and Europe, driving growth, innovation and organisational excellence. With over a decade of international leadership experience at Uber and TikTok, she has led organisations through rapid growth, market expansion and digital transformation. Her expertise spans strategy, operations, technology and AI-driven innovation. Born in Singapore and having lived and worked across New Zealand, Europe and Southeast Asia, Madelynn brings a truly international perspective. She holds an MBA from a leading London business school and has completed executive education at Harvard, Yale and MIT.
